Knit Night

Last night was a fun-filled bonding experience with fellow knitters. How wonderful to truly find a group of like-minded, informed & intelligent friends that love pouring through Barbara Walker's as much as you do!

A little show and tell: Deepa wore her Sunflower Tam, designed by Norah Gaughan in Knitting Nature. (Malabrigo yarn, Amore colorway)

Oh, look. Now Connie's wearing it. Doesn't she look adorable?

Tams are so jaunty, aren' they? Connie does look great in it. And it's so easy-peasy.

I'm going to knit a scarf to match. One more FO from stash and I can feel justified buying the Swish. Still want the sapphire dye?

That's a great hat - I'll have to read a few more posts to find out what the yarn was. Is that Nina's Cafe I spy in the background?

Ah, Malabrigo! I gave three skeins to my daughter with needles and pattern for Christmas and told her I retained custody rights should I find her mishandling that lovely yarn!
